Welcome to the Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital. From the Citizen Care Unit, we will manage your complaint and/or claim and send you a written response.

How can you do it?

• In person at the Hospital: at the information point at the main entrance from Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 9 pm or at the Citizen Care Unit, located at the main entrance, from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 3 pm.
• By postal mail: you must download the claims form and send it to the following address:

In both cases, if the claimant is not the affected person (patient), you must attach the third party authorization along with a photocopy of the affected person's DNI/NIE.
