Doctor of medicine. Specialist in anatomic pathology. Assistant professor of the UAB Medical School. Coordinator of hematopathology, pulmonary neoplastic pathology, immunohistochemistry, quality management, and information systems. Member of the pulmonary and lymphoid tumor boards. Research interests: lung cancer and hematopathology (in close collaboration with the Josep Carreras Institute). Teaching of medical students and pathology residents. Member of the Medical Sciences Academy of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands (treasurer of the anatomic pathology division), the Spanish Society of Pathology, and the European Society of Pathology.
