Doctorate Cum Laude in Surgery from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) for the dissertation Utilidad de la embolización percutanea del injerto renal no funcionante como alternativa a la transplantectomía quirúrgica. Su influencia en la sensibilización del paciente. (Utility of percutaneous embolization of a kidney graft failure as an alternative to surgery transplantectomy. Its influence in the sensitivity of the patient). This dissertation also achieved the Award of the Catalan society of Urology to the best doctoral dissertation.

 

Head of the Kidney Oncology Surgery Unit and specialist in the areas of urological laparoscopy and renopancreatic transplantation. Tutor of resident doctors of the Urology Service of Germans Trias since 2010. Collaborator lecturer of Urology at the UAB Medical School of the Can Ruti Campus. Has written a wide range of papers at congresses, together with articles in national and international journals.
